- Generally, the procedure for copying or moving text is:

- 3) Move the cursor to the desired location and yank it back (with ^Y).

- ^X ^B Display buffer directory in a window

- {clear-message-line} clears the message line during execution
- M-~ clears the change flag for a buffer

- key for Microemacs, e.g. ^0 -> FN0 -> exit-emacs
